Our story

Why we're doing this.

Where it started

From warehouses to brands.

Logistar, Jay's company, ships for Chinese sellers from 400,000 sq ft of US warehouses. Year after year we watched good products arrive in America and get remembered as a marketplace listing, not a brand. ShoppyCow is the next step: the same team, now helping those products become brands Americans know.

Why it's the next generation

Why is this the next generation?

Until now, a brand store waited for buyers to search, compare and check out on their own. Agentic commerce turns that around: the AI asks what the buyer needs, recommends the right product and takes the order in the conversation, and AI customer service answers the phone after the sale. American shoppers already ask AI what to buy; your store will be ready to answer them.

Why two looks, and no custom design?

A custom design feels like freedom, but it usually means months of back-and-forth, a bigger bill, and choices nobody has tested. On Amazon, you never see the buyer's email; when the order ships, the relationship ends. Why your own brand, not just a listing?

On a marketplace you compete on price with thousands of sellers, and the buyer remembers the platform. A brand gives buyers a reason to trust you and come back: your name, your story, your website. How Americans buy

Americans look you up before they buy.

More and more, they ask AI too.

  1. 1Google it, or ask AI

They search the brand and the product. If you're not there, they buy from someone who is.

  2. 2Check the brand website

A real website tells them the brand is real.

  3. 3Read reviews

They want to hear from people who bought.

  4. 4Buy when they trust you

And come back when you email them.

Your own store is where trust starts, and why buyers pick you.

Why they look you up

Why do Americans look a brand up first?

American shoppers do their homework: they search Google, ask AI, open the brand's website and read reviews, and they buy once they trust you. Your brand has to show up at every one of those steps, and look credible when it does. That is what the store, SEO + GEO and the emails are built for.

Sell direct to American buyers. No platform commission on your own store, and the customer stays yours.

More efficiency

An AI shop assistant that sells, AI customer service for after-sales support, and emails that go out on their own.

Founders

We own the warehouses. We do the heavy lifting.

Jay and Andy are Chinese Americans who have lived in the US for 23 years. Jay grew Logistar from 500 to 400,000 sq ft of US warehouse space. Then the two of them spent 365 days at the front lines of AI to build ShoppyCow. We only grow when you sell more.

Jay Li, founder and CEO of Logistar (壹仓).

A former US Navy R&D engineer, Jay built Logistar into a US warehouse network for Chinese sellers. From 5 warehouses across the country, the team handles dropshipping, FBA transfers, container unloading, last-mile delivery and repairs.

Why trust us

Why we're different.

23 years in America

We're Chinese Americans who work with Americans every day. We know what they like and what they want, and we tell brand stories they connect with.

Our own warehouses

5 warehouses, 400,000 sq ft and a team of 600+, all our own. We built it with our own hands, and we solve clients' problems on the warehouse floor every day.

The whole chain, under one roof

Ocean freight from China, US warehousing, order fulfillment, returns and refurbishing: one company does it all, so we see the cost of every step.

AI we built ourselves

ShippingCow AI started on laptops at Logistar and took 3rd place at the 2025 Silicon Valley Bank AI Pitch. ShoppyCow is part of it.

One team, start to finish

The team that builds your store also runs its SEO + GEO every month, ships your orders and handles after-sales support. Same team, from day one.

We grow when you sell more

What we sell is value, not logistics. We only grow when you sell more and your inventory moves faster.

Why ShoppyCow

The goods made it to America. The brands didn't.

Year after year, Logistar delivered Chinese-made products to American doorsteps. The products were good, but buyers had no idea who made them. They remembered the marketplace, not the brand. So Jay and Andy set out to fix what a warehouse can't: turning Chinese brands into brands Americans recognize, trust and come back to.

One year, four chapters.

One mission: help our clients grow in the US. That meant seller meetups, AI competitions, late nights of coding and long days on the warehouse floor.

Chapter 1

Get to know the American buyer.

We talked brand localization with top Amazon sellers on Wall Street and broke down the US sales funnel, then went back to our head office in China to be close to the factories and sellers.

Chapter 2

Learn AI where it's being built.

We went to an AI ad tech summit and an agentic commerce panel, learned how AI reads a brand, and coded through the night at an AI hackathon.

More efficiency
The first ShippingCow AI on a laptop at Logistar

The first ShippingCow AI, running on a laptop at Logistar

Chapter 3

Build it ourselves.

No tool on the market did it all, so we built our own. We mapped every step on a whiteboard, the first ShippingCow AI came to life on Logistar's laptops, and the laptops stayed open even at a banquet.

All three

Chapter 4

Prove it on the warehouse floor.

We walked our own aisles and the sort line at a FedEx hub, and found a simpler way to work for a client's refurbishment team. Lower costs are won one parcel at a time.

MashBond sets sail.

At the first MashTalk (美销说) cross-border meetup in China, MashBond (美销帮) officially set sail: one ecosystem that takes a brand abroad end to end, bringing together supply chain, marketing, sales, online traffic and leading AI.

“We believe ‘Made in China’ deserves to be seen by the world, and a localized brand is the key to going global.”

Make Asia Shine Here.

美销帮 (MashBond) is more than a name. M-A-S-H stands for Make Asia Shine Here: helping Asian companies build real brands in the US. Connection leads to teamwork, teamwork builds an ecosystem, and the ecosystem lets everyone win.

The back end of selling into America: logistics, warehousing, customer service, returns and repair, end to end in the US.

Why choose us?

Clients ask us this all the time, and we take the question seriously.

“We don’t sell a logistics product. We sell value.”

We are Chinese Americans who have lived in the US for more than 20 years. The warehouse is our own, we did the heavy lifting ourselves, and we solve our clients’ problems hands-on every day. That is what running your own US warehouse really means.

A complete plan for launching in America.

We give clients more than warehousing and shipping: a complete plan for launching in America, and a way to grow here by riding the wave.

The whole chain, plus a top MashBond team in America making your brand local. The loop is closed.

And we happen to know.

Back in China, everyone talks about taking brands global: how to build a brand in America, how to launch your own brand store. But if you have never lived here or dealt with Americans every day, how do you understand the culture? How do you know what they like and what they want?

We see it the way Americans see it. We give clients local solutions and tell brand stories Americans understand.

Four loops, one goal: help Chinese brands go to America and stay there. That idea became ShoppyCow.

Thank you to every guest and supporter who came. This is a starting point, and the beginning of a real brand revolution.

Being recognized by Silicon Valley Bank and its tech judges was an honor, and a surprise. The winner, an AI lens for exploring outer space, earned it.

The problem we pitched.

China and the US are half a day apart. Between the factory and the buyer's hands sit more than 10 systems and more than 10 teams of people, each handing the work to the next. Labor costs are high, and efficiency is low.

The last mile costs the most.

The last mile matters most to the buyer, and it is where most of the cost comes from: last-mile delivery, storage and labor.

So we run all of it, in-house.

Logistar runs logistics end to end under one name: from the factory to the buyer's hands, then back for refurbishing and resale. Doing every piece ourselves showed us the pain points at every step, and AI can close those gaps.

Our story

1 year · Our story

365 days on the road.

For a year, Jay and Andy tried everything and learned from everyone, for one mission: help our clients scale in the US, with more revenue, more efficiency and lower cost.

More revenue
More efficiency
Lower cost
  1. Chapter 1

Get to know the American buyer.

Revenue starts with knowing who buys and why.

  2. Andy speaking about brand localization to Amazon sellers

Andy speaks to Amazon sellers about brand localization

    STOP 01More revenue

    Brand localization, on Wall Street

Andy spoke to top Amazon sellers about brand localization. His point: Gen Z is changing how Americans spend, and they buy brands that speak their language.

Learned: A listing sells a product once. A local brand story sells it again and again.

  3. Andy explaining the US sales funnel to sellers

Andy walks sellers through the US sales funnel

    STOP 02More revenue

    Mapping the US sales funnel

Andy walked sellers through how an American buyer moves from a search to a purchase, and where most brands lose them on the way.

Learned: Every leak in the funnel is revenue you paid for and never got.

  4. Andy at the main office in China

Andy at our main office in China, working with the team

    STOP 03More revenue

Back at our main office in China

Working side by side with the team in China, close to the factories and sellers we serve.

Learned: A good US plan starts with understanding the seller's side.

  5. Chapter 2

Learn AI where it's being built.

Efficiency comes from tools that keep working while you sleep.

  6. A panel at an AI ad tech summit

We sit in on a panel at an AI ad tech summit

    STOP 04More revenue

    An AI ad tech summit

Panels on how brands now use AI to plan and run their ads. We took notes on what actually lowers the cost of each sale.

Learned: Ads work better when they reach buyers likely to come back.

  7. A panel titled Agentic Commerce is Here: What It Changes for DTC

We listen to the “Agentic Commerce is Here” panel in Philadelphia

    STOP 05More efficiency

    “Agentic Commerce is Here”

A Philadelphia panel on what agentic commerce changes for direct-to-consumer brands: AI that asks, recommends and checks out for the buyer.

Learned: This is why ShoppyCow's AI shop assistant sells inside the chat.

  8. A slide reading Machine-readable brand data wins more recommendations

A talk we attended: machine-readable brand data wins more recommendations

    STOP 06More revenue

    Brand data AI can read

The slide said it plainly: machine-readable brand data wins more recommendations. Accurate prices, shipping, stock and reviews are what AI draws on when it recommends.

Learned: That became our monthly GEO work.

  9. Andy and Jay at an AI hackathon, laptops open

Andy and Jay at an AI hackathon, laptops open

    STOP 07More efficiency

    An AI hackathon

Laptops open, coding late into the night next to builders from every field.

Learned: Ship fast, test with real users, fix it, repeat.

  10. Chapter 3

    Build it ourselves.

No single tool did all of it, so we built one.

  11. Jay planning at the whiteboard in Logistar's meeting room

Jay plans at the whiteboard in Logistar's meeting room

    STOP 08More efficiency

    Planning at the whiteboard

Jay and the team in Logistar's meeting room, mapping every step from a seller's product to an American doorstep.

Learned: If a process can't be drawn simply, it won't run simply.

  12. The first ShippingCow AI on a laptop at Logistar

The first ShippingCow AI, running on a laptop at Logistar

    STOP 09More efficiency

    ShippingCow AI is born

The first ShippingCow AI came to life on these laptops at Logistar: logistics answers, in a chat.

Learned: The same chat-first idea now runs inside ShoppyCow.

  13. Working on a laptop at a dinner banquet

The team, laptops out at a dinner banquet

    STOP 10All in

    Even at the banquet

A dinner celebration, and the laptops still came out. That was the pace for 365 days.

  14. Chapter 4

Prove it on the warehouse floor.

Lower cost is earned one parcel at a time.

  15. Andy on the warehouse floor

    Andy walks the warehouse floor

    STOP 11Lower cost

    Andy on the warehouse floor

Walking the aisles to see where time and money go between receiving and shipping.

Learned: Most savings hide in the steps nobody watches.

  16. Jay walking the warehouse with a laptop

Jay walks the warehouse, laptop in hand

    STOP 12More efficiency

    Jay, laptop in hand

Jay checks how the systems run where the work happens: on the floor, not from an office.

Learned: Software only helps if it fits how the crew actually works.

  17. Jay and the team at a FedEx hubJay on the sort line with a FedEx host

Jay and the team walk the sort line at a FedEx hub

    STOP 13Lower cost

    Inside a FedEx hub

Jay and the team visited a FedEx hub and walked the sort line to see how parcels move, and how to ship for less.

Learned: Knowing the carrier's side helps us ship faster for less.

  18. Jay testing solar panels with a laptop for a client

Jay tests solar panels with a laptop for a client

    STOP 14Lower cost

A simpler fix for a client

Jay, an engineer by training, helped a client's refurbishment team find a simpler way to diagnose solar panels.

Learned: Simpler checks mean faster refurbishing and lower cost per unit.

  19. Jay and Andy giving certificates to the warehouse crew

Jay and Andy hand certificates to the warehouse crew

    STOP 15More revenue

    Rewarding the crew

Jay and Andy handed certificates to the warehouse crew for customer satisfaction.

Learned: Clients stay when the team cares.

  20. Andy and Jay in ShippingCow vests at a trade show

Andy and Jay in ShippingCow vests at a trade show

    STOP 16More revenue

    ShippingCow at the trade show

Andy and Jay in ShippingCow vests, meeting sellers face to face and hearing what they need next.

Learned: Every conversation with a seller made the product better.

  21. One mission.

Everything we tried came back to one question: how do we help our clients scale in the US? The answer has three parts, and ShoppyCow is built on all three.

More revenueYour own brand store, found on Google and in AI answers, with buyers who come back.
More efficiencyAI and automated emails work around the clock, so you don't have to hire for it.
Lower costNo platform commission, and one monthly fee covers the rest.

How we got here.

We watched good Chinese products reach American doors while buyers remembered the marketplace, not the brand. Fixing that took us from the warehouse floor to a stage in Silicon Valley.

Questions

What sellers ask us.

How is ShoppyCow different from a typical brand store?

It doesn't stand still: every month we tune your keywords to your products and traffic, for Google (SEO) and for AI answers (GEO). It also comes with the next generation of shopping, agentic commerce: an AI shop assistant that walks buyers through their order in the chat, and 24/7 AI customer service with its own phone number for after-sales support. Both are included in the $499 plan (coming soon).

What is agentic commerce?

Buyers shop by chatting. An AI shop assistant asks what they need, finds the product, and adds it to the cart or takes payment in the chat. ShoppyCow builds it, and it comes to client stores soon.

Who is ShoppyCow for?

Amazon sellers with no brand store or brand website yet. Right now we're taking only invited Logistar (壹仓) clients, 20 in this round.

Is the $2,999 setup really $0?

Yes, if you sign by November 30, 2026, while the 20 spots last. The waiver requires the full 12-month plan; if the plan ends early, the $2,999 and the remaining monthly fees are due.

What does $499 a month cover?

35 tasks a month across 6 services: store upkeep, keywords tuned to your products and traffic (SEO + GEO), seasonal emails, ads, your data with a monthly 30-minute call, and the AI shop assistant and AI customer service, with its own phone number and 1 hour of AI call time a month (included add-ons, coming soon). The store platform fee, business email, domain renewal and $30 of ads a month are also included.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. 0% platform commission. Buyers pay you directly through Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay and more; only payment processing fees apply.

Who owns the store and the customers?

You do. Customers, data, ad accounts and payment accounts are all in your name.

How long until my store is live?

1 month from signing, in 3 steps: sign and start, test orders, go live and hand over.
